Hi – I’m Kathrin Leaver-Fielding, and I’m a BANT-registered nutritional therapist, specialising in helping busy people just like you to boost their energy, balance their stresses and feel the best they can through the food they eat.

I help you to feel good again, without fancy diets and foods your household won’t eat, and work with you to do this even if you think you haven’t got the time or headspace to make the changes.

I am obsessed with cooking and recipes, and have a passion for achieving good health through the food you eat.

With a young family of my own, I understand the challenge of cooking meals that suits everyone. Knowing what to cook that tastes great and has the best health results can be daunting - and deciding the meals alone can be half the challenge.

I can help with that, and this Mastering Meal Plans group programme is a great way to start understanding the impact food can have on how you feel, with support of like-minded people along the way.
