I specialise in helping busy people who juggle work, kids and general life to boost their energy, balance their hormones and feel the best they can

I help you to feel good again, without fancy diets and foods your kids won't eat - and work with you to do this even if you think you haven't got the time or headspace to make the changes.

My mission is to combine evidence-based nutritional science with practical advice and tips to ensure you can improve your health in a way that works with your lifestyle.  Working with a nutritionist, I believe, needs to be do-able, produce results, and, ultimately, to be delicious!

I am obsessed with cooking and recipes, and have a passion for achieving good health through the food you eat. With a young family of my own, I understand the challenge of cooking meals that suit everyone. Knowing what to cook that tastes great and has the best health results can be daunting - and deciding the meals alone can be half the challenge. I can help with that.

We’ll focus on what you need to do nourish your body for your stage of life, and I’ll support you with health coaching to help you overcome obstacles that may have held you back in the past.

So, whether you have a specific health complaint, such as perimenopausal symptoms, thyroid problems or digestive issues, or would like to adjust your diet to improve your sleep, energy or for weight-loss, we will work together to ensure you can change how you feel in a way that suits you.

I also work with schools on specific nutrition projects for staff and the school community to improve the nutrition of students and young people, and to support understanding about the power of food to influence energy, sleep, hormones, mood and growth - an area I am passionate about - it’s all about setting good habits to future proof our health
