Specialised school nutrition

Work with Optimal Nutrition to provide specific CPD for your education, residential and domestic teams around the power of nutrition to support energy, behaviour, sleep, learning and future health for your students and young people.

BANT-registered Optimal Nutrition has worked with education leaders on various projects, to support teachers, kitchen staff, families and carers in their understanding of the role of nutrition for children and adolescents during a period of rapid change and growth. Focussing on the nutritional requirements for this important life stage is vital for current health, and also to establish good food habits for the future.

Look at the projects below to find out more about the Food for Change programme at Bowden House School, a special residential school for boys aged 9-16+, and the Nutrition Inspiration activity at Goldstone Primary School

If you are a school leader, and interested in how nutrition can positively impact your students and school community, then it would be great to have an informal chat or meeting with you
